LuxSauna

Money back guarantee is just a bait at LuxSauna

I was in touch with Garett Gordon who is the sales person at LuxSauna and was assisting me with the purchase of Sauna I wanted to buy. He seemed clever and knew the right way to increase the interest of his customers. He informed that the cost I needed to pay for the Sauna was $1595 and if I am dissatisfied, I could return the Sauna under money back guarantee.

Hence, I did not think much before ordering from them and made the biggest mistake. He never told me that the money back guarantee offers only 70% refund and will keep the rest as restocking and shipping fee. When I received my order, I was surprised to see that they had sent a broken one. So, I asked them for a replacement which was easily accepted.

They asked me to pay for the return shipping and then offered to send a new one. It still looked a fair deal to me. So, I did as they said. When I received the second one, that one did not work either. This was not at all acceptable. So, instead of asking for a replacement, I initiated the request for return. That is when I came to know about their false advertisement.

I tried to contact their customer service and had no luck. They rarely answer calls. And it is for certain that you would get no help from the owner, David Shurtleff the who calls himself David Floyd as the screen name.

I also tried to consult Garett who sold me that shit and as expected, he ignored my call. I think these people very well know what is coming after and ignores their customers once the purchase is been made.

You can check internet for their scams and complaints before you think about ordering from LuxSauna. They talk nice and make you believe in whatever they say which let you ignore all the research that we usually do before making any decisions.

Dave Hasty, who was incharge of the warehouse was very supportive to the extent he could. That was the only thing that I appreciated but having only one good employee does not make anything better.

The delivery team that they sent had trouble reading Chinese which made it difficult for them to assemble the LuxSauna. This was again the responsibility of the company to make sure they hired people with basic training.

After I was fooled, I did a lot of research and found out that the company was on the verge of bankruptcy proceedings which is a big red flag for those who want to buy from them. I would never encourage anyone to make any deal with LuxSauna. They are only good at making fake promises.

LuxSauna is a scam which sells bad products which do not work and then earns with that 25% of the refund amount that they keep as restocking.
