Luke Andrews

Luke Andrews is an attorney and lawyer based in Atlanta, Georgia.

We, and others, are suing attorney Luke Andrews for stealing over $7.5 million after investments with him turned out to be a ‘Ponzi’ scheme.

His scheme started while he was a litigation counsel at Jones Day before 2010. He would exploit the firm’s strong reputation to entice ‘mom and pop’ investors from his local church to invest with him.

Luke Andrews has falsely told us the invested money was being loaned out and secured by mortgages. He conjured up false & forged documentation to convince us (his clients at the time) that everything was kosher….but it turns out none of the money was invested.

In our case, we were his clients, and he misused our funds in the Interest on Lawyer Trust Account (IOLTA).

We are suing him and asking that the Georgian Bar Association take away his license to practice law or, at the very least, suspend it for the time being. He has misappropriated his client’s funds.

We have informed the FBI, and attorney Luke Andrews has admitted that he has spent all the money to fund his gambling addiction and his addiction to prostitutes.

The FBI has stated he will be charged shortly and faces up to 20 years for wire fraud.
