predators! Non American way of customer service! Scammers!

They are scamming multiple people, but not all of the people report them! People want to cancel the orders, and they cannot!

The phone number of the company is not working, and they do not respond to the emails. They do not have customer service.

They are attacking people with bad reviews toward them and sending them predatory letters!

    We purchase from LaptopParts all the time, and NEVER have we had a problem. The terms and conditions clearly state exactly how they operate, and we don’t bother anyone until the terms are breached. As far as that person complaining about their inability to read, it clearly states in their words that it says they are required to read before purchase, and it says it while the buyer is completing the invoice. It’s displayed clearly on the terms and conditions when completing the order.

    The invoice also states clearly to tell the person numerous times to read the words. Is obvious this person cant read anything whatsoever. This guy buys something that violates terms and thinks he can do whatever he wants. He does legally agrees to something, and says he can break the agreement. He complains that he can’t read and posts BS information.

    We’ve purchased 15 things from LaptopParts, and there are shipping delays sometimes, but that’s the shipment company. If you live under a rock, like this person, then you know first hand there are shortages of everything.

    It’s more than likely this person tries to scam the company via a fraud chargeback like most people who can’t get their way do, since we’re a merchant as well. This person is not telling the whole truth. We know to contact laptop parts, it clearly says to use the form and don’t email or phone, and what does this person complain about the phone when he knows the laptop won’t respond. It sounds like a person who does not know how to read, is too lazy, and thinks he can do whatever he wants and waste people’s time.

    Every time we contacted laptop parts, it was through the form, and we got a response the next day. If was laptop parts dealing with this liar, I’d want everything documented to show what a liar this person is, and he tries to play his games. This buyer sounds like a liar for thinking he doesn’t have to follow repeated policies numerous times and, like a two-year-old, is a liar and more likely a theft as well!     This is in response to the idiot above, who has no brains and cannot learn to read whatsover. Just typical idiots like this one that loves to spread bullshit lies and get caught attempting to scam people. For one thing morons like this person cant read policies even though (1) they are told to read them prior to purchase and (2) make them legally state they have read them. The idiot that is bitching and complaining about this is Rafal Turek who purchased and then immediately filed a fraud dispute claiming cancellation of goods and services. He had lied to his own credit card company and committing acts of bank fraud. He made claims that the cancellation policies were not disclosed and they were clearly stated on every landing page including the payment page. At the end of the transaction, the terms were clearly stated. 3 days later he emails and completes and signs a document (this is why we have to do things like this because of morons like him) and once again it clearly states the policies. He files a fraud dispute costing us money makes all sorts of BS Claims and then gets the item in the clearly stated time frame. We call him after the dispute and he immediately asks for the phone number, once again this moron goes on with is bullshit lies, when he knows again it clearly states that you have to use the Support website and complete a form. Thats what it clearly says prior to purchase period and is already clearly known upfront. This ahole then sends a letter paying for the damages claiming it was his mistake, openly admits he didnt read the terms and conditions, etc. Then the has the balls to start playing fraud claims like this. Well ahole your going to get proscuted period. You wont leave things along!
