    I got a letter form them with exceptionally good rate. It was confusing as it said (or implied) I had a Wells Fargo Mortgage, and I do but not on the property in question. I called them about 6:45pm (they suppose to pick up till 7:00) but did not pick up and did not leave a message then looked at the back of the letter to find out who the actual sender was and did a search.

    I have not lost money but they are sure misleading!
