John R. English is the “papa” referred to in these videos. His son has a long history of sexual abuse (fired from two different jobs for sexual misconduct/indecent exposure).
He excessively bathes his granddaughters and constantly makes excuses about why he is doing so. He works at Saddleback Church. REPORT THIS MAN TO ORANGE COUNTY SOCIAL SERVICES AND THE IRVINE POLICE DEPARTMENT.

(I thought she was saying he was screaming at her, I didn’t understand until I watched the video later, and after she had told me that Papa stripped her down and spanked her naked body because she got the diaper cream everywhere, I didn’t realize that’s what she was talking about in this video.
It’s their fault she was able to get to the diaper cream in the first place. It’s their fault that they weren’t watching her stop her from doing it. And she got beat because of their mistake.)
