John Darer
John Darer can rip you off and won’t even feel guilty about itI have been under a lot of pressure. After suffering a significant injury during an accident, all I needed was the right person who had vouched for me. Alas, I found John Darer.
Someone recommended him to me and told me the settlement expert with an excellent background in helping people get justice out of the court.
However, it turned out to be a complete lie. After three months of bed rest, I am not sure if I will ever be the same when I get up on my feet.
Not just physically but mentally too. That was, too, because someone did not care to stay home after heavy drinking.
When I contacted John, he told me about his various clients and how he helped them get more than they wanted.
He also made me talk to someone who had recently gotten a considerable amount after settling a case with a felon.
I was assured that this man would take care of my problems too. But the entire experience was complete hell. He asked me for a lot of advance amount.
I did pay, and he asked me to send some documents and relax. He also said he would call back whenever the deal was ready and was prepared to pitch that to me.
Days passed, and eventually, weeks passed. When I did not hear from him for two months in a row, I was worried. I did not know what to do.
So, I finally called him. The first thing he did was shout at me. He called me impatient. Also, he said I had one more month of rest, so I must stay in peace while letting him do his job.
Then, after he cooled down, he said that these things take time, and he is trying to get the best deal for my case.
Instead of the money I demanded, he said he was preparing the papers to claim almost double that amount.
And said that he did not mean to shout at me and it was just his frustration because of some other client’s behavior.
I knew it was difficult for me to walk down to his office. And all I could do was wait. He also knew that I did not have much help, I guess. Otherwise, he must have done even a little work he claimed he was on to.
When I asked him to provide an update on what was going on, he said I should rest and let the work for him.
It wasn’t enjoyable, and I felt so tied up. After I hung up, I got a call from his office. His assistant was on the line. She asked me to wire some more money to
John Darer is a scammer
I think the correct comment should be read about how this guy is a giant scammer and womanizer. An incel like John Darer has no place in society harassing women and bullying them. Read about him here: https://www.gripeo.com/john-darer-4structures/

JD devotes over 120 pro bono hours each year to help consumers as the Structured Settlement Watchdog https://structuredsettlementwatchdog.net
JD has exposed many bad actors over 17 years as the Structured Settlement Watchdog. They hate it. Some of those bad actors in an under-regulated industry have the motivation to write bogus reviews and complaints like the one that appears above. See Structured Settlement Watchdog FAQ https://www.structuredsettlementwatchdog.net/faq.html
Anonymity simply does not allow the business to addresss the issue. When one client did post something they hid their identity, but we were able to figure out who it was. The individual gave JD 5 stars on the duplicate complaint.
In closing I will stress again that our clients’ satisfation is important to us. Thank you.
