Called ahead to inquire about availability of used vehicle and was told it was available to drive. We contacted Jim Burke Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram again the morning of the test drive.

Advised them we were driving 100 miles to see the vehicle, confirmed the time we would arrive and once again asked to ensure the vehicle was available.

We arrived on time and was told the vehicle was loaned out to a customer while their new truck was being serviced.

We had to wait 2 hours for the vehicle to arrive.

We were still interested and made an offer, only to have them counter with a price higher than what they had originally advertised.

No thanks.

    My first impression was terrible. I pulled up and immediately had a person standing down from my car waiving at me in a desperate attempt to get my attention before the other guy circling around the back of my car had it. I then continued to test drive a vehicle that I decided I’d like to purchase. After having my vehicle evaluated for a possible trade-in, the guy helping me, who had been EXTREMELY nosey,

    rude, and pushy throughout the entire time I had been there, walked up and stated that I had been dishonest about the price I had stated that vehicles just like mine were selling for. At that point, he lost a sale. I was very much aware of what a realistic sale/trade price for my car was. Not only was he rude during the entire transaction, but he called me a liar and went on to offer me a ridiculously terrible deal on my trade.

  2. I found out he wasn't even on the lot

    Needed a RHD Jeep for wife’s postal job. This location was average in price, wife found a color she liked so we traveled from Hernando MS. I was pre-qualified for an auto loan and the dealership wouldn’t budge on price. They know they can gouge the postal employees needing a RHD Jeep.

    Talked to the salesman twice on our way, when we arrived we had to wait close to 2 hours and lied to that our salesman would be right with us. I found out he wasn’t even on the lot

    Service dept for Dodge will not answer Phone have been calling for a month now I will find a new place to get service on my van

  4. Don't have time and can't be without car again.

    Their sign on the wall in their drop off area advised that the customer will get back his/her vehicle cleaner than how it was dropped off – mine was worse. What about quality control after service performed to ensure car is cleaned after work performed?

    Further how do I know quality control has been performed to ensure the actual work done on my vehicle was done correctly – maybe you made it worse and I need to take it to another dealership to check the quality of their work?

    They did offer to clean the car after I advised them but can’t return to their shop again to do all this. Don’t have time and can’t be without car again.
