Jeffery Allen OutReachBull

Jeffery Allen is a fake man who promise to get posted on Forbes

To everyone willing to buy Jeffery Allen from outreachbull.com services for getting published on Forbes, Inc, Entrepreneur, etc. site, please stay away…

He has an alias, Tom Jeffery, Jeffery Allen, Chester Allen, Chester Jeffery, etc. I will suspect if all of them are his names.

He is a prolonged scammer who never was caught. He wants payment via PayPal friends and family or Google pay so you could never be able to dispute the transaction with your bank.

I contacted him via Linnkedin.com, where he talked about getting featured on Forbes, nasa.gov, inc.com, and dozens of other publications.

I was very skeptical about getting started with them but trusted him since no scam was reported about him. I counted, paid, and eventually he scammed me out of hundreds of dollars.

First, he told me that once I paid 50%, He would send me an article for the review, but he told me to clear all the dues before sending me a piece…

At this point, he started to scam as we talked to pay 50% upfront and 50% after the delivery of the work. An honest business person should never change their deal in between.

I was ignorant and sent a 100% upfront payment to get my client published on Forbes. After the deadline, when I reached him to send me the live link, he asked for another price which was never part of the deal.

In short, he wants to keep charging. He doesn’t like to send you an article he promised to send for review.

I am happy that my bank opened up the dispute, and whatever payment I sent via stripe.com has been refunded. Still, he got away with 350$ that I sent via PayPal friends and family.

  1. Tom Jeffery also scammer

The guy gives me several fake websites displaying the featured service on big media outlets. I was cheated for 1500usd and now I’m striving to get a refund via Payoneer.

I found his outreachbull.com when he sent me the payment request on Payoneer. And here are the questionable points in the case(Even I noticed that, sorry for my stupidness)

    1. He gave me a website with detailed information but he doesn’t allow me to place an order there, whether the third-party website or his own fake website.

    2. His website supports different paying methods but he requests the payment via Payoneer.

    3. He will urge your payment by a date. When I asked for the reasons, he avoid answering them.

    4. When I request for portfolio, he rejected me (He said he can provide it)

    5. We go like 2 installments, and he asked me to pay an extra 2000 USD payment for a Wikipedia page for the feature. Since I know how it runs, I told him a Wikipedia page takes more than 15 days to create.

    6. Then he asked me to clear the balance of 500 USD

    7. I found his outreachbull.com via his Payoneer account. And For Forbes, it is written 1500 USD but he asked for 2000 USD

    8. I told him I don’t accept to clear the balance and ask him to publish the feature on another big media outlet with a price lower than 1500 USD. He didn’t think of it again.

Please stay away from this guy!

  2. Jeffery Allen is a fake man who promise to get Featured on NYTimes.com

He did the same scam with me as above. I have lost $1800. And now he is not responding.
