Indiana Immediate Care

The Worst Place

I took my grandson in to be seen since his throat and tonsils were giving him problems.

The woman a the desk was rude and needs to get some customer service classes.

There was no reason for her to not process our paperwork and making us wait so long.

She had to call my son in another state to get permission for my grandson to be seen, then you needed medical insurance info but you didn’t ask him, I had to call him about three times.

You could have made this process so much better if you understand that people are stressed and concerned about their health issues and asking me questions that you could have found out by asking my son was a bunch of crap.. making an eight year old wait to be seen and taking others is crazy when you keep telling me we would be seen soon.

Get your shit together, Indiana Immediate Care is the worst place to go for care.

I will never go here again. Since it changed hands it’s gotten worse.

  1. I highly recommend them.

The staff were all friendly and professional, from the front desk checkin to the doctor. Did not have to wait long. Very pleased with this facility. I highly recommend them.

  2. By the time I drove to my pharmacy they were ready.

I recently went to Indiana Immediate Care and was quite surprised. I have been coming to this location for several years. Apparently this clinic has changed ownership recently. The inside of the clinic has been completely overhauled and seemed quite nice compared to the old clinic.

I had to fill out some paperwork since this was a new company, but the lady at the front desk told me that once I was in the system I wouldn’t have to do this again. After I had filled out my paperwork and paid my co-pay i was taken back by a nice young lady pretty quickly (maybe 5 minutes).

I thought that this was very fast but the staff seemed to be clearing out the waiting room quickly. I visited around 5 pm and there were 3 other people in the waiting room when I walked in. One lady stayed sitting in the waiting room by the time I was called back in so maybe she was there with some one else and was just waiting on them.

Once I got back in the room the young lady took down my information and did my vitals (typical doctors office stuff) and then the doctor came in a couple of minutes after that. My problem was relatively minor (forgive me for not divulging the details), and the doctor examined me and gave me a diagnosis. He seemed like a nice man and was pleasant.

We briefly talked football while he was doing his examination. Shortly after the doctor left the girl who had taken me to the room came back in and gave me my discharge paperwork and explained what the doctors diagnosis was. They sent my prescriptions electronically and all I had to do was go pick them up. By the time I drove to my pharmacy they were ready.

  4. Desk staff seem knowledgeable.

he staff offered me water while my wife and daughter had an exam for sore throat. My senses told me the wating area was musty. Smell like damp basement. Well see what testing and treatment are. Desk staff seem knowledgeable.
