Horrible Ethics
HORRIBLE. If the order goes right, no problem (order once in the past from them), but if it’s defective, forget about getting a resolution. Our logo was wiped right off of the bottle openers. I contacted them to correct the problem and went on (for 2) months, and they refused to do the right thing. They lie, keep requesting proof in new ways, and never reply.
Now I am in a chargeback dispute with them. As a business owner, I would be out of business if I treated customers this way. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM NO MATTER THEIR REPLY; THEY ARE THE MOST DISHONEST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. ALSO, GO BY IMPRINT.COM
