Ifreedom Direct

He Sent Us A Nasty Email Calling Us Liars

DONT USE Ifreedom Direct! We found them on lending tree, we were contacted by Craig Petit who is an ABSOLUTE TOOL.

He was the first to contact us and seemed nice enough, we never signed anything or made any promises but we had our realtor keep him in the loop.

It turns out every other company we got quotes from notified us of their very high rates and their reputation for not being able to close on time.

Finally we checked and he was named in a bad review, so we ran for the hills.

Once we settled on a lender and notified all other lenders they wished us luck.

NOT CRAIG THE SCUM! He sent us a Nasty email calling us liars and said his services would never be available to us again. I say great!

  1. Give them a call and ask for Francena.

I read the reviews that are on here and I must say I am sorry that the two negative reviews.they just got the wrong loan representative. I just recently bought a house in Florida and my iFreedom Direct officer was Francena Bragg in San Diego, CA, Even though I had a local Realtor,

I was dealing with Francena daily either by email or by telephone. She did a wonderful for me and was always very professional. She made me no promises that she didn’t keep. I would highly recommend IFreedom Direct to any veteran looking for a VA home loan. Give them a call and ask for Francena.

  2. Not True

Being the fact this company supports our military, they ought to know how willing a soldier is to overcome adversity and trials. I was cast into the pit of revolving savages hoping and praying I would say the right words, only for them to sell empty promises and pretend to sympathize with my battle scars.

Mind you, I’m not some hopeless veteran who wants a pity party. I’ve increased my credit score 140 points, paid off $8,000 of bills in which shouldn’t been paid. I wasn’t looking for a handout or a freebee. But, I was looking for a call back, 2 reps didn’t call me back, after I explained to them why I couldn’t purchase a home.

Sent ALL my documents and never heard from the wolves again. When the third rep called I was angry, only I wanted to speak to the supervisor. Again the same song and dance. spent an hour on the phone explaining why I couldn’t purchase a home and if he could do ANYTHING to please point me in the right direction. Only this time he called me back. But he didn’t listen to my

NUMBER 1 ISSUE! WHAT CAN YOU DO TO HELP ME PURCHASE A HOME AND I WILL ACCOMPLISH IT!

  3. This company does NOT lookout for the veteran's best interest.

This company does NOT lookout for the veteran’s best interest. If you are shopping for a VA loan, you may want to check out the VA website first. Read the Lenders section (useful information).

It looks intimidating but really it’s not. Most lenders require 620 mid fico score. Ifreedom requires 640. Do your research, not only for the interest rates, but also for the integrity and honesty of the company.
