Fed Up!! ICON Credit Union took over Boise Us Employees Fed CU (BUSEFCU). Since then no employees of BUSEFCU are left.

Customer Service has gone to hell. They closed the location at the Post Office Processing center and many of us long stand members with BUSEFCU have closed or are going to close our account.

I had been with BUSEFCU since 1976. As soon as the customer service with ICON went to hell, I moved all my funds elsewhere.

Recently I went to close my safety deposit box, they had deducted the yearly funds 8 days earlier (I had to get the 2nd key from daughter in another state), do you think they prorated the cost, nope. $30 gone.

I would have been happy with half. But nope against policy.

Did I fail to mention there is a waiting list for the boxes, so it will be rented shortly.

  1. They proved to me to be good people and that is what matters.

    We had an issue early on, but ICON stepped up to the plate and did the right thing by me. The loan officer was polite and cordial and a follow up by “Jeff” was refreshing. They proved to me to be good people and that is what matters.

    I have been trying to deal with a loan issue by helping a friend of mine get current so he doesn’t lose his car. Becky Howell was the rudest, appalling individual I have ever dealt with.

    I just got out of surgery not an hour before calling to make a payment and she attacked me saying I didn’t know the situation and that the previous deal she had made with him she decided to go back on and refused to take my money for the loan.

    What a worthless individual. It’s terrible how unprofessional she was to me. She will be reported to the branch and regional managers.

    I had a fairly good experience with Ikon up until I paid off my car loan. Once I did that I never received the Pink Slip for my car. After contacting Ikon they told me that they did everything correctly on their end and i would have to contact the DMV myself and get a duplicate.

    Cal me crazy but, if they hold the pink slip to my car and they are careless enough to send it through the standard mail and not registered I believe they are the ones who lost the pink slip and should take the initiative to replace it. Now I I have to spend my time dealing with DMV and securing another title to my vehicle. I sure hope they are not as careless with other sensitive materials!
