    I’ve bought 3 times 12 total now to give to friends and never had a problem they did change the product material which is better now and they are not made in CHINA which it’s a big+ . As for woman I would probably go with the children size.

    I am sitting here, looking at my 4 absolutely great looking, high quality neck gaiters ordered at and received from Hook 360. Do not believe the negative review; this company makes great products and dedicates a percentage of their profits to reef conservation. We need MORE companies like Hook 360 and LESS crybabies like the other reviewer.

  4. Didn't get what I ordered

    Don’t order. Ordered 4 neck gators and only received 2 of the 4 actual styles I ordered. Website gives an inaccurate portrayal of shipping times but I guess I should have looked at reviews first. Buyer beware

  5. Poor Customer Service

    I placed an order in April for 4 gators and received 4 gators in the June, one gator was incorrect. Hook 360 informed me that they would send a replacement and I received notification on June 3rd that the replacement was shipped. The email stated “We wanted to let you know that your order (#T2013) was shipped via USPS, USPS First Class Mail on 6/3/2020. You can track your package at any time using the link below” but no tracking information was supplied. I sent an email to Hook on the 15th of June to inform them that I had not received my replacement item and that no tracking information was supplied. I have yet received a response to my email on the 15th or 23rd of June so i ultimately did not receive what I paid for
