No 24hr customer service if you have problems. Plus if you get locked out of your account because they have the worst login system ever, good luck spending the time trying to unlock your account.
You have to pretty much set up your account all over again.
Do yourselves a favor and do your banking else where.
As a matter of fact do it with a local branch, because this mainland company is for the birds.
