Completely Disappointing Process
Went through home buying process with Sherrill Conley back in May. Completely disappointing process.
A friend had referred us, but after the struggle of communication, complete lack of closing preparation, lack of market knowledge in our area of purchase, lack of interest in assisting with negotiation, I would NEVER encourage a 1st-time buyer to use her or Home Star.
We actually showed up to close without even knowing we were closing!
She never said to bring a check for payment or anything.
With Sherrill we were nearly homeless due to an oversight with flood insurance.
Had to do all tasks on our own to get closed – incredibly frustrating.
She is someone I will never do business with again.
My better 1/2 is a doc and she screwed herself on getting a handful of references from us.
Buyers beware!!
