Andrew was very frustrating to work with.
He wasn’t straightforward, and he didn’t seem interested in what we had to say.
We said that we didn’t want points.
He arbitrarily added $2,000 worth of points to our estimate and then didn’t bother to tell us.
He had to send several emails back and forth and make numerous phone calls to correct his error.
Finally, Shaunt, his manager, was contacted to help us resolve the issue.
Andrew promised that it would be fixed.
We realized that Andrew wasn’t the most skilled worker in the shed.
Andrew then promised to fix it.
His manager finally resolved the issue.
Our lawyer reported the same experience with this man being unresponsive and unprofessional.
Overall, it was awful dealing with Andrew and the problems he created.
We are grateful to Shaunt, his manager, who was understanding when we spoke with him and helped us clean up Andrew’s mess.
