  1. The product made so sick for 2 days!

Made me sick for 2 days, very hush hush and round about on every ? You ask them. Not only the price of the product but a 20:00 fee for joining and informational b, but all information. Was about how to be come a distriburro and how much you would make not info on the product I bought!!

  2. HempWorx compliance is out of compliance with its own policies!

I had a very frustrating experience with HempWorx and My Daily Choice, as an affiliate
HempWorx and MDC have people in their organisation who have been allowed to

    1. LIE about the compensation plan to get people to sign up as affiliates.

    2. Bully and harass people in their downline instead of being helpful and supportive. Constant use of fword, very shameful behavior that I do not understand why the company would protect!

    3. Use insulting tactics to shame people into signing up right away as executives (which only benefits Themselves, NOT the newly enrolled, until that person has built up enough BV to get a return on that investment. I believe the term for this behavior would be ‘front end loading)

    4. Kick people out of ‘support groups’ for sending product back.

    5. LIE to compliance about signing off on the enrollment transfer form, implying the signature was forged, which compliance later determined it Was Not.

6.Got Away With Lying to compliance about signing the enrollment transfer form that was Issued By compliance. (The company states over and over that there is 0 tolerance for the above mentioned behavior. They even outline in their own policy How These Offenses Are Punished) These people who violated company policies were instead Rewarded with this behavior – AND front end loading strategies – by being able to Keep Future Earnings and BV From My Team.

    7. This company has a compliance team that is out of compliance with its own policies!!!  This is Completely Unacceptable. Just because a person is making a lot of money for the company should not mean a carte Blanche for unethical behavior. Either the company condones unethical business practices or it doesn’t. You can’t have separate rules for people who make more money than others. That’s how government works, and look at how dysfunctional government is!
Compliance was SO difficult to communicate with, during this Frusterating process, of making a simple team transfer AWAY from the highly unethical people  in my ‘upline’ No support or information about the process..total non responsiveness and lack of interest. Set me back a whole Month of doing business. Very dysfunctional operation.  It has been obvious from the beginning that compliance took sides with the people who violated policies. I understand that they have been successful building their businesses and are making a lot of money for the company, but they have been doing so by using unfair and policy violating tactics to reach that success.
It is unacceptable that my team could not be moved away from these people together with my immediate upline and that I should be the one to bear the burden of rewarding their unethical business practices with my own hard work and large investment.
Besides that, the customer service is terrible. Long wait, no satisfactory answers.
Website is Terrible. Difficult to order from, specially for the elderly.
Not enough product to chose from and 0 product information.
I Do Not recommend this company in any way. They do not have it together. A company that supposedly sells health products in a toxic environment…you have been warned.

  3. NOT a Scam

Definitely not a scam. Excellent product. Recently US Hemp Authority approved. It is a trusted brand. CBD is a fairly new industry. CBD from hemp is less than .03% thc within federal limits. With laws constantly changing and different in every country it is understandable there are kinks to work out. This company seems very dedicated to doing things right. If your review is based solely on Canada and Australia issues, it’s not a reason to say the company is a scam. I’m sure as laws change that more countries will allow hemp-derived CBD to ship across borders.

  4. Hempworks works

I use hempworks , and it works for me . For those staying it doesn’t work then you need to try another brand . I tried others they DID NOT WORK FOR ME . But I didn’t bash or badmouth the company . Hempworks is great . If you dont like it move on to another company .

    1. You tried others because they didn’t work for you? How stupid are you?

  5. Snake Oil Peddlers, Wolves in Sheeps Clothing BEWARE!

First off they charge to be an affiliate, there are enough CBD companies out there that don’t. They lie to you when you’re not paid on time making it seem like your fault, tell you to wait until next payday and then don’t pay you again, they actually e pert you to wait yet another week to get paid for three weeks earlier. They treat you like you’re an idiot and then lie to your face and laugh. They get pleasure from abusing the affiliates, make money off the backs of the struggeling all the while pressuring to buy more, more, MORE! Why throw good money after bad? You shouldn’t have to but that is exactly what they tell you you have to do in order to get paid. Think about this, you’re expected to go into online groups with a bunch of other people selling the same products, how is that helping you make money? It’s not. What these groups are designed to do is indoctrinate you into thinking the way they want you to think. You are the donkey and ‘helping you be successful’ is how they dangle the carrot. Does anyone really believe Josh and Jenna (her maiden name is Kahan, pun intended) make $10,000 a day? There’s videos on the internet where she claims just that. You would think with a daily income like that, they’d own the house they live in but they don’t, it’s a rental for $3,000 per month. For individuals claiming to make $10,000 a day why are they renting a home for 1/3 of Jenna’s daily income? Surely they can afford something more luxurious. The truth be told, it’s all smoke and mirrors and eventually the dominos will start to fall. I predict trouble ahead. Josh and Jenna are the modern day version of a snake oil peddler.

    1. SCAM, CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT FRAUD

They get a $20 membership fee from you if you want to be an affiliate. The first woman who sponsored me took info off my credit card and used it to buy 2k of Hempworx products. She went to jail.
2nd sponsor I paid another $20 fee, he was always drunk or high, so.i left him. 3rd sponsor I paid another $20 membership fee, no training. One high executive told me to copy his ways of bringing people into this business by saying, Would you do me a big favor and look at my website? Thousands of people looked at the website and immediately joined is a lie. Duplication of exact words to thousands of customers is called a chain letter.
No training at all. None they take your money and you get left in lala land cause no one tells you how to operate this business.

You have to buy your rank. If you buy a directors pack for $200, you are automatically a Director.
People buy their ranks, ranks should be earned not given out freely by buying a rank, and once you buy the oils there is no one who wants to buy them.
Scam, scam, scam, the executive trainers receive a salary they dont sell nothing. Big liars. I hope the feds investigate this company and shuts them down.

  7. It works, but they make it seem SO easy to be an affiliate.

They make selling it look SO amazing and SO easy to start making money. They pull you in their trap and don’t help you at all like they say they’re going to. I spent $234 on my first order.. Made only $28 the first month, and then $49 the next month. Bought another $70 worth of bullshit & I haven’t made anything. I watched all the training videos, posted daily, but still nothing! Unless you want to be on your phone constantly, lose money, and be tricked into this business. DON’T DO IT. Don’t sign up as an affiliate you are wasting your money.

  9. Failed Drug Test

So being a sufferer of Chronic pain I was led to Hempworx. And to be fair, it did help alliviate some pain, help with anxiety, heal cuts faster and aid in digestion issues. However, the zero thc is an out and out lie. When I went to the pain doctor I was told that I tested positive for marijuana an I haven’t touched it in 19 years! The first thing he asked was if I took cbd oil. Yes Hempworx and they claimed to be THC free. Well they lied. So now I get treated like I am breaking the law? Luckily they said no big deal, stop taking it. They led me to a prescription strength cbd oil. We will see the results

  11. They will try to rip you off when you send product back – They are telling me one was missing – So they won’t refund ANY money. Funny thing is I read the email & made sure to put everything back in the same box it came in – My next email will be to my credit card company to dispute their charge.

  12. Ptescription

Hempworx is a joke. Lying to all of us that its legal. They pretty well destroyed ever affiliate that was selling it. Now the new thing is that Josh the CEO got caught. He still does not have the liscense to sell CBD. Now you need a prescription to buy hempworx. You have to get a consultation from one of their doctors and pay 150.00 fee. And you say anything negative about the company they ban you instantly from their groups. They found this loop hole to be able to sell in Canada. This was the only way he could scam some more. Its going to be legal in Canada in Oct. Why would you need to buy from hempworx. They figure they are the only company in the world that sells full spectrum. Its kind of like a cult, the company has brain washed affiliates to make them think their product is the best. I can get CBD in Canada now with out a prescription. So how would affiliates market this stuff now that you need a prescription. As soon as its legal I’m sure a canadian company will start making CBD for sale. Why stick with hempworx its a huge scam.

  14. Hempworx is NOT a scam in my opinion

In my opinion Hempworx is not a scam. I have been using their 750 CBD oil for 5 months now and it is awesome. I have had bad knees for 10 years and had my right knee replaced 2 years ago. My left knee is not far behind, but with taking Hempworx CBD oil my daily pain is much more tolerable. I will also mention although I am not supposed to make income statements so I will keep it vague. I am making an income with Hempworx, Direct deposit to my acct every week.

    1. Funny how you ALL say that you make money but their own Income Disclousre Statement shows otherwise. It shows that less than 1% even make an average of $1,000 a year. Now, factor in all the products you bought and money you spent on Marketing etc and you probably walked away with a loss. When will people realize that you’ll never find an MLM where more than 1% make actual money. MLM’s weren’t designed for everyone to be sitting at the top of the pyramid. ???? Even the FTC warns against joining them as they’ve shown that 99% of people who join one, lose money.
