Health IQ

Health IQ Insurance is a SPAM & Fraud

I heard about the Health IQ Insurance on a podcast and really liked it. I got their number from the same advertisement and called them for the quote. They provided me a quote that was expensive than my current insurance policy. I requested them for some concession or rebate, but it did not work out. They did not make any deduction in the final quote, and I disagreed with going with them. When I asked them for the quote, they asked me to fill a form on the website with some personal information. I did that.

Apart from the high price, I also had problems with the representative whom I was talking to. The guy was hostile and very pushy. He insisted I take the policy many times and called me at odd hours. Whenever I refused to talk or opt for the policy, he got hostile, and the anger was visible in his voice. This made me skeptical too. Finally, I said him ‘NO’ three times in a row to stop him from calling me.

When I rejected the policy, I thought I was over with it. But, soon after the form filling, I started receiving advertisements on my Facebook account. Those were not genuine ads but clickbait pictures of women taken from proactive angles of the camera. It wasn’t comforting, and they started bombarding me with those pictures many times around the clock. It was clear from the pictures that the models were fake and were impersonating the female athletes.

I was in no mood to go through that representative’s call, so I left them a message on their Facebook account. In return, I received a sponge bob’s gif. It was not funny at all. Later, I found out that they were not a direct policy selling company, but they sold customers’ personal health information to others. After I filled their form, I started getting spam messages from various other agencies offering insurance policies.

Health IQ Insurance is a spam king, and it provides a high-priced policy that is good for nothing. You can find a lot of other policies with much less price with another insurance provider. Health IQ can only jam your accounts with never-ending spam messages.

I would never suggest this company for any given reason. They often called me when they wanted me to buy their policy, and when it came to helping me with the spam messages, they tried to play smart. This company is a scam and, more importantly, a headache. If you ever come across their form, close the window right away. If you share your information, you would be frustrated the same way I happened to become.

Health IQ is a trap. They won’t provide any useful information but would feed on your personal data to bug you all the time. Save your personal information and beware of this spam master. Think before contacting them.

  2. They are not a scam

They are not a “scam” they are a real company and I had a wonderful experience with them!

  3. Truly terrible. I don’t want any of their services, but they keep calling me, over and over.

  4. They won't stop harassing you using fake Caller ID numbers

I got a life insurance quote from these folks and decided not to get their insurance.
Ever since, they call at least once per day, using a different Caller ID every time they call. Sometimes 10 times a day. They have my personal information thanks to the insurance quote information.
HOW DO I GET THEM TO STOP??!?!?

  5. Do not sign up

When a rep calls me more than 8 times a day, I know he has zero interest in my well being.

  6. flooded with bot calls around 400 last month alone

Don’t disclose any personal information flooded with bot calls around 400 last month alone.

  7. They will spam call you with texts and calls

I am receiving daily spam calls from different numbers and texts from Health IQ even after telling them I do not need their life insurance. They texted me saying, “Hi ____, this is Alex Smith from Health IQ following up on your request for life insurance. Let me know when you’re available for a few minutes to finish up your quote.” I was researching insurance for my father and responded back to that text that I did not need a quote from them anymore since I settled that matter already. I get a text from a new number, saying “That is alright! You are able to supplement or replace your current policy at any time. We have some of the lowest rates in the nation. It might be worth 10 minutes of your time to save money every year for the length of your term. We can send you ballpark rates, how much coverage and how long of term were you looking for?” I immediately block this new number. One day later I get a text from this person again, saying “Hi! This is Alex Smith from Health IQ. Just tried giving you a call to finalize your life insurance quote. Text me a couple times you’d be free to chat and I’d be happy to set it up for you!” I blocked this number afterwards since they did not get my hint. I do not want to buy their life insurance. This happened on Tuesday April 28, 2020. The following week I consistently started getting random calls daily from random generated numbers. This company is harrassing me with unwanted calls and text messages.

  8. SPAM Kings

I contacted them via the phone once and since then they are calling – hounding me almost daily at different hours and from different phone numbers.

They never leave a message. I consider that harassment. Non professional and low class business tactics.

  9. Health IQ Insurance is a SPAM calls generator

I contacted this company a few years ago and provided them with my phone number and that was the worst thing I did. Since then I have been receiving calls from them using many different numbers without leaving a message (Robocallers) .
Even if I block them, they always use a different number. So Far I have identified:
    844-348-8811
    888-272-6806
    855-227-3581
    650-297-3902
    855-905-2148
    415-319-8337

What a disgusting way to solicit business.

    1. Robo-calling kings

The same thing happened to me
DO NOT EVER CALL THIS SHADY COMPANY! They will start “robo-calling” you almost daily from different phone numbers.

  10. Non stop calls

They will not stop calling! Robo calls- when you answer there is a delay before someone comes on the phone. I have asked to be removed as they call day and night DAILY. Do not do business with these people. There is nothing professional about them.

  11. yep, bad company

yes, they string you along and hassle you just like car salesmen. STAY AWAY! The upsell is always around the corner. go with more established providers.

  12. SCAM

DO NOT give this company any of your contact information… They started texting my phone calling me “Alison”, and when I would try to have my information removed from their system the employees would hang up on me.

Now I am receiving spam texts from others for “Alison” about interest rates with suspicious, probably virus ridden links on them. Clearly they are selling customer information to questionable companies and people.
