We bought a house listed by Dan back in June. We were assured a new roof/insulation would be installed before closing.
It was, and when the first rain arrived, so did the puddle of water on my kitchen floor.
There is some debate about how the leak manifested, however; when it came time to produce any paperwork or warranty on work that was done, all communication ceased.
