Greenvale Pediatrics – Brook ...

VERY CRAPPY!!!

The on call Dr was Dr Irons from Greenvale Pediatrics – Brook Highland. I had let the nurse know that Dr Darby McElderry had seen my son and knew about his acid reflux and even mentioned calling in some type of baby Zantac.

My baby was screaming in pain for hours from stomach issues and the nurse said she mentioned that and the nurse said that Dr Irons was fine with us waiting to talk to Dr McElderry on Monday.

Like what the crap? I guess she was fine with that her belly wasn’t hurting.

If on Friday the on call dr wouldn’t call anything in then Dr McElderry should of just called in the medicine just in case we needed it.

VERY UNHAPPY with this practice. Also didn’t know we would talk to a nurse and not a dr with oncall situations.

You never are allowed to talk to a dr if you call after hours. That should of been told to us.

Now we have to go across town tomorrow and talk to another dr about something that Dr McElderry knew about 2 weeks ago.

VERY CRAPPY!!!!!!!

  1. their office was closed for lunch for TWO HOURS.

They refused to help my son with his fractured arm because they claimed i had an unpaid bill (I even called their billing office to make sure), when i called back to tell them i was coming in, their office was closed for lunch for TWO HOURS.

To make it worse, when they first refused me service, i asked where i could go instead and they told me since i had an unpaid bill they wouldnt give me any urgent care pediatric phone numbers to call!
