Graham Rehabilitation and Wellness

They tried taking advantage of my situation

I had a car accident and went to them based on reviews. When I hired an attorney to help with my case post treatment of Graham Rehabilitation and Wellness, I basically found out they tried taking advantage of my situation. They initially never asked for my insurance card because it’s more beneficial for them to get paid in total at the end instead of going through insurance (which I didn’t know).

As a young person who hasn’t gone through this before, I trusted that Graham had my best interest in mind but I was wrong. When going to any medical provider for a car accident or otherwise, that should always be the first question. In the end, they put the blame on me and went as far as trying to threaten me with their own attorney.

  1. Bad Service.

spent time and money to feel worse

  2. Be careful who adjusts you!

After going to chiropractors for over 40 years throughout the country, I decided to go to Dr. Royal since their office is near my office. He adjusted my back with such force that he knocked the wind out of me and ultimately broke two of my ribs and damaged my lung. His insurance company did not want to settle to cover my lost wages and medical costs so I hired an attorney to fight it in court.

The arbitrators decision was basically that any person who goes to a chiropractor risks broken ribs and stroke, so I was out $7000 in legal costs in addition to my lost wages and medical costs. Excessive force didn’t seem to matter to the arbitrator. Be careful who adjusts you!

  3. Aggressive therapists don't fit in my world.

I’ve seen ~5 doctors over the years for dozens of adjustments. Chiropracror Kris Royal changed from a back adjustment to deep leg stretch quickly and without asking. This herniated my back. Stretches are great but if being seen with injuries, any work needs evaluation and care. Aggressive therapists don’t fit in my world.
