Never do business with these rude Gold Dealers

I, with my three more friends together ordered American Eagle Silver Coins. We paid them for 200 coins. After making the payment, I mailed them thrice to let me know when the coins were reaching. However, they did not reply. I asked them to provide me a date as we all have our offices.

They never did that and when the package arrived, I was not there to sign. So, it went to the local store. I had to drive to that local store for getting my package. When I got home, we all counted the coins and there were 199 coins instead of 200.

On top of that, the condition of the coins was too bad to be considered worthy of the price that we paid. However, I connected with Sal, the salesman who helped me with the order. After listening to my complaint, he transferred me to a guy named Kenny.

Kenny was also rude. I forgot to mention it before, but everyone in their team is rude. Whenever you talk to them, it will feel that they are doing something else and not registering to your words properly.

Even their website is low grade. The prices do not get updated in the morning and there is always basic information shared on their website with no standards.

So, when I repeated my concern to Kenny, he was fine with it. You would be shocked after listening to what he had to say to me. He said that it was only 20 bucks. Can you believe it? I paid for those 200 coins thinking that they would be in the best condition.

Firstly, you sent me the worst quality coins and secondly, you did not even send the exact number I paid for.

I took those coins to a nearby store to check their prices and the guy said he would only buy it at a discounted rate and the condition was too bad.

I have called them hundred times taking breaks from my job to ensure that they send my coin that was not in the package. I even raised questions about the quality of their coins. However, everyone seems irresponsible and no one is ready to take the charge for the order and delivery.

My friends also tried to make the calls. But, they did not even entertain them as I was the one who made the payment and was the point of contact for them. So, I have to take all the pain of calling them.

In all my conversation with them, I have never felt any of them interested in my problem. Rather, they react as if I am the culprit and frustrating them with my calls. Is this how you treat your customers, then I am out of the list.

I am not sure if they will send the one coin that was missing or not. But, I know now that I am never going to deal with these people, ever. They are scammers and nothing more.

  1. POSSIBLE ISOLATED INCIDENT

I have bought gold and platinum coins from CNI for over twenty years and resold many locally for
profit taking. I have always called on the phone and have had excellent service. I cannot vouch for others but I’m very satisfied with their service!

  2. I’ve been buying gold and silver coins from CNI since 2001 when silver was $4.75. I’ve never had any problems. Maybe a long wait to receive them, but since I wasn’t going to sell them immediately, so what. I can see that to get such a low price, I might have to wait foe them to buy them at a good price. I always recommend CNI.
