Mr. Chad Gilman has not rendered the services he promised. I have paid $2,200 to Mr. Gilman YTD for bookkeeping and tax filing services for me personally and for my business.

$750 of the $2,200 was for months that I had already done with work for and he promised me a refund for those 3 months and has since taken his word back.

I am very unhappy with Mr. Gilman’s reaction and lack of ownership of not fulfilling services promised.

He has been unresponsive via email when being asked for transparency on what I owe for taxes.

The only thing they have done for me is file for an extension in which was unnecessary…they should have filed my taxes.

I am requesting a refund from Mr. Gilman and he is refusing. BAD FOR BUSINESS!
