Freeway Honda

This is the worst customer service

I wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything from Freeway Honda dealership. The salesman Rick Henry is a liar and can’t be trusted. I was told a vehicle was at one of their overflow lots on a Wednesday night.

Then I was told a car was arriving Thursday.

I called on Friday because I was told we would look over car (Brand New 18 Honda Accord) and sing paperwork but that didn’t happen either.

I was told Saturday that we could come and look at vehicle and sign paperwork but test again that changed and no responses from Rick Henry even though we were supposedly third in line to sign for vehicle.

It wasn’t until Monday around lunch, I was told the truth that the car didn’t arrive until late Saturday night by new person by the name of Brook.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE PURCHASING A CAR FROM THIS PLACE !

  1. When I decided on purchasing the car the Madness began.

When I decided on purchasing the car the Madness began. The price jumped up 5,000 from the original price, I had a credit score of 750ish. They lied to me saying I got approved for a interest rate of 8%.

I demanded to see the proof (This is because they were looking to get more money off the sale via a higher interest rate). Then they presented a 5% rate, then a 4%, and eventually after I got up and walked out, then presented a 2.99% rate. This all took at least 2 1/2 hours. I eventually called my credit union located in Mobile AL and they offered me a 2.3% Rate.

Now because my bank was located in Mobile they had me sign an additional agreement to protect them seeing that my bank was Pending the check on my behalf and this was because the Money was being prepared to be wired. I totally Understood and Agreed! They were in contact with the bank and all was fine with the back up agreement with Honda. I paid a $3000 CASH down payment and basically pulled off the lot in my New Vehicle.
