No matter what you do, Sellers get rid of this two-bit con artist the second he buys things from you. This Hodge from PA will ignore every one of your policies and then contact his credit card company to steal whatever he purchased from your store or used his credit card company to pay for.
He will buy items and purposely ignore and play stupid on what is clearly stated on your online store. In this case, there was a limit on products, and this moron Hodge tries to buy every product in the category.
After a week of the purchase, he will Citibank and file a dispute accusing you of stealing his credit card information and making purchases without his authorization. He comes up with every lying excuse to make himself look like the victim and tries to come up with every single lie he can to make him sound like the victim.
When he loses the first case, and Citibank knows that Thomas is a complete lying thief, he will redispute the charges again, kissing the credit card’s ass, making it sound like they discovered something he knew already from a collections letter had received from the company two weeks before the outcome.
He knew exactly what the situation was, knew the policies, and tried to play stupid the whole time. This con artist is nothing but a waste of time, don’t bother to send letters to this moron. Just file charges against him with the local police department as we did.
Thomas is going to jail. This moron is stupid to send his credit card company an open admission letter that he scammed the merchant. Citibank did nothing about it, so both this moron and his credit card company will be going to court and getting sued.
