Francis John Ciaramella
DO NOT HIREAttorney’s firm solicited our company to complete a rejected trademark filing in 2019.
We chose to move forward with a different firm indifferent firm at that time, and our trademark was successfully filed.
Unfortunately, the attorney we hired is no longer available.
October of 2021, the firm for F. Ciaramella was contacted to file two trademarks for two separate companies.
One of these was an update as we were only changing the slogan for the previously filed trademark. Even after receiving a retainer, communication was constantly delayed by weeks.
Facts about both businesses were clearly stated; however, he confused them on more than one occasion.
By December, questions such as where the companies were based and if they were for-profit were asked months following, all of which were verifiable had due diligence been completed.
Although we’d severed the contract, the attorney refuses to return relative funds.
We’ve filed a formal complaint with the Bar Association and sought legal action.
