First Option Mortgage

First Option Mortgage company is not for you if you are smart.

This lending agency was recommended to us by a friend.

Since then, nothing has gone according to plan.

After accepting the loan offer, the lending agent called us to inform us that he had made a $30,000 error. !

Okay, mistakes do happen. But wait!

The agent who was lending us money said he had a different plan.

This is the moment we should have walked away, looking back.

We were open to hearing his concerns because we wanted the house so badly and had completed all the paperwork.

Our lending agent vanished within two weeks.

We called everyone! The President, Branch Manager, and the actual agent were all reached. NONE!

We finally got in touch with someone, only discovering that our loan was not approved.

Agent claims that he doesn’t have all of the information. He then returned and stated, “Oh yes, I do.”

I would describe this company: as INCOMPETENT. Do not trust this company.

This review is written because I don’t know what else to do. We are in danger of losing our earnest money and falling out of contract, and there is little we can do.

Another round of calls has resulted in voicemails. They won’t be returned.
