I order a phone case on 7/22/2018 and received a order confirmation and was emailed that my shipment was confirmed and was emailed to check back for updates and i will recieve my tracking number. I have been emailing the customer service email that the company have because they don’t have a direct number. I emailed over 15 times and no response. I even wrote them on Facebook messenger and keep getting a automatic respond stating,”Hey Latavia ? – Thanks for messaging us. We try to be as responsive as possible – for our support team please use email – we’re active there every day ? Please send any comments, questions, queries or otherwise to [email protected].” We are in the month of August and today I’m sending this on 8/19/2018 so that makes 28 days i haven’t heard anything about my order. This is ridiculous. I read from reviews that this is a scam and now I’m aware that i have been scammed.
