After having trouble with communication post the initial set up with Mrs. Levi, I not only learned the follow year that I had to redo my taxes because they had been done improperly but I also learned today that they had not been paid at all.

So I am receiving the max penalty to be assessed which is $2400 after paying for a service that obviously didn’t follow through diligently and complete what they were paid to do.

Never again in my life will I even blink at doing any business with Elite Image Tax & Notary Service.

  1. Please know we tried to communicate, however you dropped the ball.

    I did not receive the services I paid for in full as agreed on. January 2019: No follow-up as promised on the additional requested financial report I needed for an entity. I am disappointed in how I was serviced and the lack of communication (no return calls, misleading emails and no responses) at all within the past weeks.

    Thanks Chelette (Assistant) for at least calling me, however I never received the items within 48 hours as you promised. I remained patient. Unfortunately the Better Business Bureau (BBB) said they did not respond to them either after we submitted a complaint. Therefore the entity is not accountable to anyone.

    Like Rich B. said, “I will never again in my life even blink at doing business with this company or referring decent clients who are not toxic,will cooperate and pay.” Mrs. Levi has shared she tries to avoid “toxic clients” but exhibits the same unhealthy (toxic) business practices and behaviours as a pattern. Please know we tried to communicate, however you dropped the ball.
