it's been over two weeks and nothing...not a word

If you are going to use them to fix your a/c, DO NOT!
Do not waste your time or your money.

They don’t return calls or reply to messages, but they do have the time to post photos about cats on the business Facebook page.

They looked great at first. After painting the wall, the thermostat quit working when we moved in July.

We asked a new neighbor if they knew of Edwards Air and were recommended. They received excellent reviews.

Thanks to their assistance, we were able to get a new thermostat with a warranty that we could install on Monday.

We discovered that the problem was more severe with our Trane system after returning home.

When the thermostat stopped working, I called to make an appointment.

I was not available Wednesday, so I called to inquire if they were available.

Shawn stated that she couldn’t do much on Thursday, but she may be able to get her crew to visit Wednesday.

She wouldn’t know until Wednesday. Shawn promised to call me on Wednesday and tell me whether it would be Wednesday or Wednesday.

I waited until Wednesday at 4 pm before calling Shawn.

She assured me that she would let me know between 5:30-6 pm, and Jimmy might be there by Thursday morning.

They never called me again.

In case Jimmy arrived on Thursday, my husband stayed home. Multiple messages were left and called.

They did not return our calls or call. My husband was not available for work on the following day.

Even though they were great initially, I was worried about them getting hurt or not calling back.

This can happen. I went to their Facebook page to check if there was any explanation for why they didn’t contact me.

She has the time to post about cats with similar names to them, but she doesn’t have the time to call us back. Also, she is not sick or injured.

We would appreciate it if you could give us the chance to tell you that we are busy or that your job is at the bottom of our priority list and we won’t be able to get to see you until then.

It was very unprofessional not to call or write back…and it has been more than two weeks without any communication.

All-Tech Services was called after wasting over a week trying Edwards Air. They were fantastic and called back to confirm that they would be there.

  1. Jamie and Jimmy care about their customers and are as honest as they come.

    Well, Spring came on and so did the heat, so I called Edwards Air to have them come out again. Fortunately for me, the pressure held. Jamie and Jimmy refilled my unit with coolant for the price they quoted me the first day they came out and I was good to go.

    A month has gone by now and my AC is working as good as new. Had I listened to the first two contractors, I would be a lot poorer today. Jamie and Jimmy care about their customers and are as honest as they come.

  2. I HIGHLY recommend this local business for all your AC needs.

    My husband and I have been having problems with our AC unit and figured that we would get some estimates when it comes to overhauling the whole system. The individuals of Edwards Air are very professional, personable and honest. They told us that we might just need to have some minor work to add and air duct return vent and have our heat pump cleaned. They gave us an estimate and a time. Not only did they provide the services they stated but went above and beyond customer service. They called to see if they could come by earlier and they they were right there and did the job quickly and accurately. Instead of overhauling the whole system the cleaning did the trick and now we have a cooler and more efficient house and system.

    They gave myself and my husband some advice when it came to regulating our household temp. They go beyond just providing a service but also providing education to help yourself later down the road. Being a woman most people would talk to me like I don’t know much but they were very informative and respectful and THAT sold me, there practices and concerns. I HIGHLY recommend this local business for all your AC needs.
