Average wait time for Dr. William Warshal is about 20-30 minutes. When you finally get to see doctor Warshal- it would happen like this.
Dr Warshal would walk in, shake your hand and spend less than 5 minutes discussing your illness.
When you walk out, he will simply ignore you even as you pass by him in the hallway.
When you know you need a referral to specialist because you know Warshal can not help, He will insist you made an appointment with him first.
I complied several times and left his office felt that was simply a money making scheme.
I finally refused once and asked his nurse what does Dr Warshal plan to do? Tap on my knees and tell me something I already know- that I need to see a knee doctor?! It wasn’t until I argued with them that I could get some phone numbers without going in, spending the 5-minute with Warshal gaining absolutely nothing.
Despite all the framed credentials on the wall- I know I can find, and deserve much better level of care from ELSE WHERE.
