Stephen M. Cohen, OD PC in Scottsdale, AZ, is Doctor Eyes.

I feel his office is too expensive and want to let others know.

I went to his office to get an eye exam and prescription glasses.

They wanted me to pay $280 for my prescription.

Please understand that I had already paid $180 for the exam, as I didn’t have any insurance to cover the high costs.

So I went to Costco. They charge $59 for an examination and $69 to fill the prescription.

There is also a slight surcharge if you have your frames.

You can now do the math to see how expensive Doctor Eyes’ office is.

I don’t have the medical insurance necessary to pay for his high-priced charges.

It might not matter to those with all-inclusive insurance, but it does for my family and me.
