Overcharged Me

Dr. Parsa Thomas’s office overcharged me $220.00 in February 2018 and despite me providing written proof REFUSES to refund me.

The female (other adjectives fit her better, but..)who answers the phone is NOT helpful, diagnoses you over the phone, then decides if you’re worthy enough for an appointment.

She had me on hold one day so long that I had time to drive there before she came back to the line.

    My star rating is only based on the lack professionalism of the receptionist Amanda. If she is to check the insurance coverage prior to coming then she needs to make sure she tries more then once with the information given to her instead of telling the member “oops sorry you are not covered” I tried to explain that we are and the DR’s name is on my insurance card.

    With out trying again she just said “sorry not showing coverage”. Since I have not been a patient of theirs yet with this kind of service before I am a patient I will take my business elsewhere. Amanda you need to learn some customer service skills if you are working with the public.
