Over the years we loved coming to Dr. Narala And Madireddy but since nurse ruby left the office and nurses are disorganized and irresponsible.
They couldn’t even look up my baby’s shot records for her appointment like really? i swore that was your job or nah? they weren’t even up to date or at all accurate with my baby’s shots trying to tell me that my baby needs shots she already has been seen for.
wtf!?!? i tried multiple times to deal with her uncompident nursing staff but the dr needs to employee more a staff with professionalism because her current staff is dragging her practice down.
