My pet had been treated at Pinnacle Valley for two weeks for a chronic illness and had grown intensively worse under the vet’s care.
There was no explanation, no care plan, just $400 charges every day and ‘bring the pet back tomorrow.
When I asked for lab results and expressed concern to Dr.Mehaffy Laura about the fact that my pet was worsening every day, she harped about how only one number had changed.
She became angrier when I said I just wanted to understand how my pet had grown significantly worse at her office within just a few days for a completely manageable illness.
We spent $2,000 over the course of a week – and our pet is now in awful shape…weak, lethargic, in pain.
I would never recommend anyone take a pet here – unless you want to spend a lot of money, be totally disrespected and have a sicker pet.
Dr.Mehaffy Laura treated us horribly — I would say ‘stay away’ from her – if you love your pet.
