Dr. Lin Robert K CNumerous Issues
Although there have been many issues I’ve had in the past with Dr. Lin Roberts’ office, none were severe enough for me to give this feedback.
One example is that a few of my TB tests were scheduled for dates when they couldn’t perform TB testing in the past.
These trips were unnecessary and required additional trips back to the office.
I was charged a fee for office visits at least once when I was only there to pick up my prescription.
My recent encounter was the one that put me on edge.
Recently, I missed my appointment by five minutes.
The office staff promptly informed me that Dr. Lin was unavailable and that I would need to pay a non-refundable fee.
There was no reminder phone call, and I completely forgot about the appointment.
As I drove past the office two blocks away, I called Dr. Lin to double-check my appointment time.
That was when I was met with the no-show fee.
Dr. Lin told me that Dr. Lin was very busy.
Dr. Lin wouldn’t have been able to see me at my scheduled time if I hadn’t arrived on time.
It would have been excellent for his staff to ask how quickly I could get there (it would have taken less than 2 minutes).
My relationship with Dr. Robert Lin has been over ten years.
However, it seems that our doctor-patient relationship may be ending.
His office staff gave me the impression that he only cared about making money for his patients.
I asked Dr. Lin for a callback, but he has not called me.
It turns out that Dr. Lin went on vacation Tuesday morning, the same day as my appointment.
She will be gone for two weeks.
It’s interesting to note that the front desk did not inform me of this until I called today.
Even though I was supposed to have my TB test on Tuesday afternoon, he wouldn’t be able to follow up with me for 48 hours because he is currently away.
I find it quite strange that you are charging me for a no-show for a service I couldn’t provide.
