Dr. Julie Chen

She Doesn't Listen

Dr. Julie Chen misdiagnosed my child and as a result we spent weeks finding out the correct diagnosis.

My child ended up in the ER with stroke like symptoms after Dr. Chen recommended up to 30 pills a day.

Beware, she doesn’t listen, makes any symptoms fit her idea of a diagnosis, speaks at a super rapid pace, and doesn’t take much time to answer questions. Stay Away.

  1. Before, visiting her she had sent me a form package with terms and conditions

The reason for 1 star is she is basically after your money and lied to me about a consent form. Before, visiting her she had sent me a form package with terms and conditions,

I decided not signing a few and they still accepted as a new patient. She is after your money and getting money on top for sharing your information with 3rd party companies! How sad, last thing she is concerned is your health.

Basically, my first visit was to get some labs done, and second would be to discuss them, after a month went into discuss the lab results. So, she charges you first and then sees you, I make the payment, then Dr. Chen sees me to let me know that I have to sign one last form for her to see me,

otherwise, she won’t take me as a patient and won’t discuss the test results! I mentioned that I did not sign the form on my first visit and she is declining to see me after paying her. I asked for a refund she would not refund!

By the way, she also lied to me about the paper, and then replied “well, if you don’t sign I won’t see you.” It was the HIPAA release form which releases your information; however, she said HIPAA is protecting your information! Of course it does, and she played with her words.
