I came to see Dr. Jeffrey Anderson 7 month ago because my doctor referred to see him have corozone shot and I called to office and asked them do you accept the anthem blue cross cover CALIFORNIA and they told me yes so I went to see the doctor Jeffery Anderson.

I told him I have problem with arthritis my knee and I need corozone shot and he gave me shot on my knee, after 5 days still nothing changed still hurts a lot.

Month later steff called me your insurance not accepted here because not in network anthem blue cross so she told me I have to cash $390.00

They should know before treatment done! Staffs are must lazy and unprofessionally work there.

The lady called me on the phone saying they made mistake and she give me discount $180.00 so I sent the check to them and get over with it.

5 days later she call me back I have to pay full amount of $390 because they sent me to collection agency already so I have to pay i don’t understand how they stay on business dr office work like that!
