Dr. James Yoshikawa
The Office Staff Is Most Always Pretty Rude And Very UnconcernedThis office is so busy, it is impossible to get an appointment with Dr. James Yoshikawa.
As a result you always end up seeing a nurse practitioner.
If you are ever able to get an appt, you are so rushed thru because they are always at least an hour behind scheduled appt times, and many more patients waiting.
The office staff is most always pretty rude and very unconcerned with your comfort.
The nursing staff (I use that term loosely) seems to be less and less professional with each visit I make.
Not that they are making any life changing decisions… but when they look at my chart and see that I had been taking an antibiotic 3 months ago and ask me if I am still using that particular drug, it just kind of bothers me.
I say no, she asks why.. I explain to her that it is an antibiotic, a 10 day course, completed and done… and then she acts annoyed with me.
I have been going here for YEARS.. But the office is looking very run down, the staff is not at all pleasant, tremendous wait time and very difficult to see the Doc.
I will be lOOking into a new primary care physician before insurance renewal time next year.
If I were a new patient considering this office, I would look elsewhere.
This office has run its course..
I would look elsewhere. This office has run its course..
