I am so disappointed with the overall experience at Dr. George’s office.
Dr. In was an excellent doctor, although I was only there to perform a routine check-up.
The wait in the office was nearly an hour, even though I had an appointment.
However, my visit lasted no more than 20 minutes.
He wrote my prescriptions and sent me on my journey. Then things started to go downhill.
I changed jobs and found a new insurance company that offered pharmacy mail-order service.
They have not received the right prescription since November 1st.
I received 5+ calls from the pharmacy and numerous phone calls.
Is it challenging to fax a prescription? The prescription was finally sent, but the pharmacy didn’t include any personal information (i.e., The pharmacy cannot legally fill the drug because it doesn’t have my data (i.e., name, DOB, etc.).
Seriously? Dr. Pharmacy returns it, requesting corrections. But Dr. never responds. In’s office.
I called again to request a prescription be written so that I could pick it up.
They said they’d call me back once it was ready… It’s been three days. I was so frustrated
