Dr. Deepa Ramachandran is fantastic, but I would absolutely not recommend this practice to anyone.
The front desk staff has been nothing but rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional.
They’ve twice charged my insurance wrong, have failed to return any voicemails I have left, and refused to let me speak with Dr. Ram regarding these issues.
They’ve failed to send me test results twice and I’ve had to go in to get them.
I’ve faced nothing but negligence from her staff. Should Dr. Ram get an entirely new staff I would feel comfortable going back, but until then, do not bother going here.
