Many times, I was very disappointed in Dr. Ali Tajik’s staff. This is unacceptable.
They don’t care about their patient. They want to watch tv and leave the patient waiting.
First time I saw Dr. Ali Tajik. He was kind, friendly and he referred me to another doctor.
I was expected to hear from Ali Tajik within 4 to 6 days, but they never called me back.
The worst part is that they kept holding my phone and won’t let me explain.
They’ll hold you and say they will call you back, but they never do.
Dr. Ali Tajik referred me, but he did not call me to let me know.
Second time: I have felt back pain for the past two months. I saw Dr. Ali Tajik one month ago.
He stated that we would like to have your referral as soon as possible.
However, after a month and ten days, I did not receive any notice or call.
They were not the only ones I called. Each time, they said, “Hold on! Do you want me to call you back? Never let me explain!
Today I called them, and a lady on the staff said we had requested a referral for the 6th of each month.
It is a shock that they took more than a month to request a referral.
They were shocked when I asked why they waited so long to request a referral.
I asked them why they were so late asking. Their answer was, “I don’t know!”
Slow service, unacceptable communication.
