Downtown Phoenix Dental

The price for a cleaning it's Very costly

I was excited to make Downtown Phoenix Dental my dentist, even though a friend referred me.

They are also less than two miles from my house. Unfortunately, my experience was not as good as the others.

When I called to make an appointment, I explained that I would like to be a new patient.

I also asked if I had any records. I was informed that they only needed my new patient forms.

I also requested a quote for the cost of cleaning as I don’t have dental insurance.

I was told that they couldn’t give me one over the telephone.

I told them that my previous dentist had taken x-rays in November.

I was instantly given a $189.00 quote for an exam, X-rays, and cleaning at my appointment.

I asked if they could be sent without additional X-rays and if the $189.00 quote could be decreased due to not having any x-rays.

When asked if they had been sent, I replied that I wasn’t asked when I made the appointment.

I also explained that I didn’t know if any records were needed.

The woman at the front desk told me that they couldn’t do better and she would need to call back. She said $189.00 was all they could do. The quote was $159.00.

I asked her about the $159.00 quote, and she replied that $189.00 was the best rate.

This included x-rays. Downtown Phoenix Dental has been an excellent experience, and I wish them all the best. For me, I will keep looking for my next dentist.

  1. This office would not see me as a patient when I requested a cleaning without X-rays.

After speaking with someone over the phone about a cleaning that was free of X-rays, I moved to Phoenix recently. When I asked for a cleaning that didn’t require X-rays, the office refused to accept me as a new patient. When the receptionist informed me, I refused to pay for the cleaning, exam, and X-ray.
The receptionist told me it was necessary, and I asked for X-rays from my old dentist. However, the receptionist later said that they were too far back. They were taken in November and May, respectively.

  2. Good Service Provides

Dental Implants are the best option if you have lost your tooth root. It is usually expensive because it requires two or three dentists to complete.
You could argue that they are competent and have the experience and that the money you need to spend is like anywhere else. To get the perfect smile, plan.

  3. please learn from my lump and don't make the same mistake.

It is hard to describe being forced to submit by someone you wanted to help. I hope you don’t have to deal with this, Dr., especially if your pain is similar to mine and you’re going through anything even remotely like my pain.
There is no sense in us carrying lumps on top of our heads. Please learn from my mistakes and don’t repeat them.

  4. Dr. Ben is totally condescending and belittling once he feels he can not profit immensely off of you.

Once he feels that he cannot make a lot of money off you, Dr. Ben can be very condescending and dismissive. You can either do it your way or go to another doctor and pay the entire work cost. Insurance does not cover this second time.
Find another more experienced doctor, save yourself the trouble. Hopefully, you won’t be in pain like me and refused medication and two missed infections (from his digital x-rays )…).

  5. After reading all of the reviews and even having a friend refer me

After reading the reviews and having a friend refer me to them, I was eager to make DPD my new dentist. My experience was not as good as the others. When I called to make an appointment, I explained that I would like to be a new patient. I also asked if I had any records. I was informed that they only needed my new patient forms.
I also requested a quote for the cost of cleaning as I don’t have dental insurance. I was told that they couldn’t give me one over the telephone. 6. Terrible customer service and cannot manage their accounts. Look elsewhere.

I liked Lori, the dentist. I’ve been coming here for many years—every cleaning I paid for. I have never set up “billing” I called to make an appointment. I was informed 1) that I have been sent to collection for the last visit; 2) that if I pay, they will see you. 3) That I am upset, so I’m disconnecting. They cannot manage their accounts. Terrible customer service. It would help if you looked elsewhere.
