Inferior customer service. I went to the office twice to obtain my state ID.

The ladies at the counters were rude, and the lady assigned to me was very unfriendly.

They were annoyed at customers/questions and didn’t know how to smile.

It wasn’t enjoyable. They need to train their staff to entertain customers properly.

They behave like they are the boss.
