Horrible Customer Service!

The people at Direct Mortgage Corporation’Office are very rude and not customer friendly in any way.

I was calling into their office yesterday trying to reach Kent who was working on our loan and it took hours just to get one document reviewed to send back.

When I called towards the end of the day to find out what’s holding everything up the “Gatekepper” would not let me talk to him because they don’t take calls from the consumer.

Ummm hello we are the ones buying this house and going to pay the mortgage and you can’t talk to us?!? That was crap.

I told them I was a realtor and were they able to talk to the realtor. She says I don’t know.

I asked her can you ask and find out and her response was NO! I really hope they sell my loan because their customer service SUCKS!

They have low ratings I’m assuming because of how they treat their consumers.

  1. I couldn't be more satisfied!

    I called Amy in (what felt to me like) a dire financial situation. After attempts with other lenders didn’t produce the caring solutions I hoped for, I turned to Amy and her DML team and, if I could,

    I’d give them seven stars out of five for how much relief they brought to me and my family. They really made an effort for me and FAR outdid other lenders. I couldn’t be more satisfied!

  2. Terrible communication

    Terrible communication, lack of organization, and no follow through. They would send me a form to sign and I would sign it. A few days later they would send the form again and tell me I needed to sign it.

    They finally submitted all the closing documents we needed at the time of our closing appointment. They didn’t fund when they were supposed to leaving us in limbo wondering if the loan would fund. Use them if you dare but if I were you I would use anybody else!!!
