Poor Customer Service

I was only able to see the doctor once. The scheduling office harassed me to schedule appointments in advance but were extremely inflexible when I needed to cancel.

I left several messages to which no response was given.

The only communication I received was from their billing department.

I liked the doctor. He was knowledgable and thorough.

The problem is that the main switch board controls all communications for the doctors and there is no direct communication between doctor’s office and patient.

Initially the switch board seems very thorough and agreeable when setting up your initial appointment; after that the pleasantries cease and it is a horrid experience.

Since the main switch board controls all of the offices I would not recommend any of these offices due to their poor customer service and extreme insensitivity.

Seek out a doctor’s office that you can speak with directly when you have a scheduling conflict or question.

  1. Never again!!!

    A month after that my account was sent to a collection company. After calling the dermatologist office multiple times, they’re only solution was that they could give me a cash discount.

    Of course the doctor would not speak to me, and when I asked the billing department why the doctor had lied to me, their response was “insurance didn’t cover it.” Does it make logical sense that I would order multiple procedures without having any idea of the cost?

    This review is actually for the call center scheduling for Greenwood. I called to move an appointment and because I did not have my insurance card with the information,

    I was told that they could not move it until that information was obtained. I don’t carry my card on me and thought that it was a little ridiculous that I could not move my appointment. The girl was not friendly at all and I chose to cancel my appointment and I will go elsewhere.
