  1. This place lacks any COMMITMENT to it long time Members

    I have been a member of the This credit union for 35 years had a signature line of Credit $24.000 many personal loans car Loans. Never late Never missed a payment AND paid off all Loans EARLY.

    Than BOOM something happen I tried to get a loan for $750 and was denied. Because of a ding on my credit report. The fact I NEVER MISSED OR PAID OFF EVERY LOAN ON TIME OR EARLY MENT NOTHING. This place lacks any COMMITMENT to it long time Members

  2. Beware folks, they don't care.

    Well, my wife and I financed a vehicle through a dealer and it ended up being DCCU. At first I was ok, the rate was good and we got the vehicle we wanted. We ended up refinancing another vehicle with them, opened a checking account and even a Mastercard. At first they were great. That is until you fall in hard times and struggle a few months. Had some medical issues and fell behind. Long story short, we got back on our feet, caught up all the bills and are even better off than before. Except that DCCU reported late that weren’t late. Called unmercifully, very rude, etc. Have disputed with them numerous times, even with printouts showing on time payments from their own site. To no avail. Even had a lawyer call.

    They removed the lates and then put them back on after a couple months. Have continued to dispute but so far no luck. I’m sure I’ll need to hire a lawyer. In the mean time, we have paid off both vehicles and early to boot. Closed all accounts and breathed a sigh of relief once a closed all banking with them. Beware folks, they don’t care.

    Horrible! Wont cash a check for a measly 1000$ because the person that wrote it didn’t answer the phone! So apparently they think im forging her signature with 2 forms of ids! Wow worst bank ever!
