Delaware Title Loans

Horrible With Customer Service

Delaware Title Loans is horrible with customer service. I literally had documents notarized a month ago , called today to see if they except debit for notary was told yes.

Sent my husband there to get notary done, who was using cash, and was turned away because they do not do notary? He called and told me, I told him to stay there and called myself.

I asked what form of payment do u except for notary they said cash , I then said that’s funny my husband is standing directly in front of you with CASH for notary and was denied service? She then hung up on me.

Called back got Helen the great manager and she would not give me her store number last name or HR number? DONT TRUST THESE WEIRDOS

  1. SCAM!!!

This is by far a scam and I don’t see how it’s legal. I got a $2,000 loan with 155% interest. According to the contract I will pay $310 for two years totaling $7,220. I’ve made 20 monthly payments of $310. I called to get a payoff quote and I was told $1,700!!! I then said, well, when am I scheduled to pay it off with the $310 a month. I was told and additional year, which puts it at three years instead of two years. And, Instead of roughly $7,200 it will be a total of $11,000 for the $2,000 loan. THIS IS NOT RIGHT. And wrong on so many levels. As a retired military veteran…disabled veteran at that on a fixed income. They’re really causing me a lot of mental stress on top of my PTSD. I need help. Someone please direct me to legal representation ASAP!…Please.

  2. DO NOT do business with this firm!

DO NOT do business with this firm! They will hound your family and personal references relentlessly. When trying to make payments they are not even set up in any professional way. They will appear nice but not later after the loan is initiated. Every individual there is exceptionally rude and arrogant. This is a predatory lending business so stay away.
