Del-One Federal Credit Union is one of the only shared branching credit unions in Delaware and the service is horrid.

There is always just one single person working the drive thru and the teller.

They need to reevaluate this location considering they can’t handle the few people they have.

I absolutely hate this branch. If my boyfriend didn’t have an account here I would never waste my time .

Management really needed a to reevaluate .

  1. They Have Changed For The Worse

    I have been a member of the Credit Union since 1997. During that time they were very in touch with their customers. The staff that worked there knew your name and welcomed you with a smile. When it was your birthday they would send out a card and it was very personal. Also if you had an issue with your account the manager would call ask what was going on and invite you in to talk about how they could help you resolve it.

    Now it’s not like that they have shifted from customer focus to money focus. It does not feel like a team but a match. I will be changing financial institutions very soon.
