David C. Mabrie

Dr. Mabrie is an excellent doctor, however is staff is incredibly difficult to work with. I had gotten some fillers back in 2012 and at that time Dr. Mabrie allowed using part of syringe and saving the rest for another appointment. So, after a few months I called back to schedule an appointment and use the rest of the product and his office staff was initially confused with how much I had left and then later said that the product needed to be used within 6 months and since it was six months later they couldn’t use it.

This was never clarified during the appointment so I asked to speak to the office manager.. I left her 2 messages back in 2012 and never heard back. Fast forward March 2017- I called back because I thought I’d give his office another chance.. I actually spoke directly to the office manager about my account and if they ever figured out what happened with the remaining product… She said she would call me back the next day and its been several weeks and I STILL haven’t heard back. Very disappointing especially because Dr. Mabrie is such an amazing doctor!
